On the Menu
Pinky’s serves award-winning breakfasts and lunches. Our bread and biscuits are home-made, and we have regular lunchtime specials. We also serve homemade pies.
Check in on Fridays when we often serve Terri’s fresh baked pasties. These are inspired by the classic Butte miners’ pasties–Terri hails from Butte–but with Terri’s own special touch. Anthony Bourdain stopped by for some when he was filming “No Reservations” here in Livingston and pronounced them “a more luxurious verson” of the Cornish classic: “Seasoned with fresh herbs,” “a meat-filled torpedo of deliciousness.”

Some examples of breakfast include three-egg omelets like the “Green
Goddess”—with avocado, ham and swiss, the Domingo—with jalapeño bacon and cheddar, open-faced sandwiches, plate-sized pancakes—plain or with fruit or chocolate chips, and Gorditos and Burritos, as well as Pinky’s Classic—two eggs, bacon and homefries.
Lunches are equally imaginative, and specials can include homemade soups or stews. A wide choice of sandwiches and salads are always on the menu, from the popular “New One” sandwich—with pastrami, onion, and swiss on ciabatta or Terri’s homemade rye if you’d like, to “Aristotle’s Salad”—a Greek-style salad with gourmet greens, kalamata olives, cucumber, onions, feta and tatziki.
And don’t forget the freshly made pies!
